I ordered invitations that are on a pretty flowered paper. I don't have a picture, but it is cream with a deeper cream flowery pattern on it, VERY muted and subtle. I love this paper, so I was thinking of doing my program covers in the same paper. Then I thought the menus could be on plain cream paper and then use the flowery paper for the border, frame it and put one per table. Then I thought the same for the table camera tags (also one per table). Then, my favors are the Hershey's hugs and kisses with the poem about the donation attached. And you've probably guessed where I'm going with this. The poem would be on cream paper with the flowery border. My question is, will this tie in together nicely or is it too much? Keep in mind that this is a very subtle flowery pattern, nothing too bright or shocking. Please be honest! Thanks!

Re: Am I going overboard?
I don't think it's overboard, if it's subtle, it shoud tie everything together nicely, and it will be beautiful!

Re: Am I going overboard?
I think as long as it is a subtle print, it should tie in together nicely. If it isn't very subtle, then it will be too much.

Re: Am I going overboard?
I think it sounds pretty, not too much at all. If you start wallpapering your house with it, then you have gone too far!

Helene, I think the matching paper would be a nice touch. If you like the paper, that's what counts.

I don't think its overboard either. Its not like everything will be together - they will around the table - I think it is a very nice subtle touch

Re: Am I going overboard?
Thank you so much everyone! I asked FH and of course he said he didn't know. He told me to ask the other brides (meaning you ladies). I knew you'd be helpful!
