OK - this is partky a rhetorical question - but I wanted to get my invites out 2 months in advance as opposed to the standard 6 weeks so with no responses I can start sending out my B-listers ASAP - am I going to be able to address my invites and send them out all in one day? Like, address on a Sunday afternoon, and send out on Monday? Please tell me I can...
I'm just letting the stress monsters get me again...
And here comes one now - who would think they'd be so fluffy?

First of all, your stress monster is AWESOME!!!! Second of all, I think that if you focus and work hard, you can get all of your invites done and in the mail by Monday!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

i know i did my STDs in one weekend, including typing all the names into the computer and printing the envelopes, but i spent most of the weekend on it. so, you can do it in a weekend i think, but it will take more than an afternoon.........no stress monsters!!!!

i work on Saturdays til 3 - I may have to start after - but my dad would have to leave his office open for me to do it...

It is SO possible. I received my invitations in the mail on Friday evening. I had them addressed by the lady who did my invites, however, the invites were not in the envelopes, and they were pocketfolds. I had to open each pocketfold, put in reception direction card and hotel card (as needed), remove each response card, note the repsective # on the back, then put it back in the pocket with a stamped return envelope. Next I put a seal on each pocketfold and put the guest's name on it. Then had to put each invite in it's respective envelope, seal and stamp it. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it was a little tedious. Granted I didn't have to address each envelope, but if your invites are single card or 'easy' enough where you just put them in the envelope w/ appropriate inserts, I am confident you can get it done in one day.
How many do you have to do? I did 100 (of 140) in 3 hours, non-stop.
