I feel like I am the only one not dieting or exercising??!!

No lol your all by yourself!! If it counts i am not dieting, just working out. Partially for the simple fact that I keep getting hurt and i think if i work out and make my muscles stronger i wont be getting hurt as much.
(Also i want to look at hot and model-like for bpics lol)

i'm huge!!! lol
but i dont believe in diets. in the past 15 years of my life, i drop weight, then gain it back. and i have never been on a diet in my life. for me, it's all about excercise.
i'm gonna start hitting the gym again, and i'm looking to shed about 50 pounds.

ok so i was planning on beginning the road to fitness on January 1st BUT we're going to vermont on wednesday andi plan on drinking like a fish.. and i dont think that goes along with my diet plan. so ill start when we get back!

I'm with you. I have no plans of dieting or exercising. Although my WII Fit told me that I need to increase my BMI, so I guess that means I will be stuffing my face more, lol.

Well you're doing better than me...the game actually gave me twenty years over my actual age, which sickened me. That's the thing with being thin, it doesn't actually equal healthy but I'm scared of the gym for fear that I will loose weight which is a no no, lol. I think the way the WII explained it is that I should focus on strength building to increase BMI.
