Looking for a reception halls around the $100 price tag with a 125 minimum. I would preferably like something with really nice grounds, preferably near the water. Here is what I've looked at so far, but are there any other's Im missing (keeping my budget in mind)? Villa Lombardi isn't on the water, but they do have a nice little garden area. Also if you like a nice area in the back, try Majestic Gardens.
In Nassau, Crest Hollow has a really nice area in the back. The reflection pool is great to have a cocktail hour by. My prom was there.

danfords on the sound they are right on the water or miller place inn they are near the water - just a few mins from cedar beach and they have a nice pond and bridge on the property.

I'd check into Vineyard Caterers too. It's not on the water, but it isn't far and it's right in the price range - and beautiful! :o)

You could also try a vineyard and have it catered, or try some places in Montauk.
There's a place on Shelter Island (Ram's Head Inn) that is really lovely too.
I'm more for the unconventional and less 'hall-like' places though.

Just wanted to mention that the Port Jeff. Country Club has a beautiful water view, with windows that overlook it. Also, only one event at a time (a big deal for me).
