Am I psycho?

I think I'm loosing my mind. It iritates me so much how the only suggestions and enthusiasm my fiance has about this wedding is in regard to his family and friends. Where will his family and friends party after the wedding? How many pictures he can put out with him and his family friends (not us), and he's giving a speech at the wedding on behalf of BOTH of us and he's planning this big thank you to HIS parents. I know this shouldn't bother me but sometimes I feel he wouldn't notice if I didn't even show up.

I'm PMSing also so I might really be overreacting!

I would feel the same way. You need to talk to him and let him know this upsets you. Just get it out in the open!

tell him you have to do a big thank you to your parents as well. And tell him you need to be sure to have out more pics of the two of you because that is who everyone is there for.

Cheer up!! Im PMSing too and I know it makes little things bother me more than they should!!

My FH is the same way. All he cares about is 'the family' (like they are the freakin Soparanos). He could not care less about anything else about this wedding. I finally had to say to him, if we don't block hotel rooms I have no idea where 'the family's' after party will be; if we don't look at music they will have zero fun; if we don't look at limos I have no idea where your mom will get a car from, etc.

I know EXACTLY how you feel. One day, I freaked out and just said 'I don't give a sh!t about anyone's feelings, thoughts, or cares concerning this wedding and you should do the same. It's OUR wedding so stop worrying about everyone else!' He got the drift. I do not recommend going that route, it's slightly bridezilla-esque and very selfish but he's pretty much stopped bringing it up to me. Mission accomplished.
