Well, here is my opinion
I don't think so, because they usually include like 20-25% BUT.. the only time I WOULD is if you feel like they won't above and beyond for you.. It's totally up to you.. But if he did a fabulous job, like a bride on here mentioned, their limo driver shoveled her driveway for her.. then yeah, I would tip more..

Our tip is included in the price- but if the driver goes out of his way to do things, then you can tip him further.
