The rule of thumb is that everyone (bride, mothers, BMS) needs to order there dress at the latest six months before the wedding.

I only went looking last weekend and wound up trying some dresses on. I was told we have plenty of time.

I just ordered mine a week before my 7 month mark. Some say 6 months some say 8 months. Every place is different.

You should def. try to start soon. Rule of thumb is that usually a bride's dress should be ordered at the 6month mark. I'd start looking now and then hopefully have something ordered by Sept if I were you.

I havent either and I am starting to worry. i wanted to go in june but I havent dropped enough weight to start looking. I want to drop a little more so that I feel a little more comfortable and I dont have to order a zillion sizes bigger. I was thinking end of Aug but now my MOH is away til Sept. So I guess Sept is it. Sad that I procrastinated my summer off to have to stress during the school year.
