Who gets tons and tons of catalogs in the mail every week?
Not only now cause xmas is approaching, but all year.
Here are the Catalogs so far I got THIS MONTH!!
5, yes FIVE Victoria Secret 3 Spiegel 5 Fortunoff 1 Venus Swimwear 1 Macy's 2 Bloomingdales 2 Yankee Candle 2 Pottery Barn
and no there are NO duplicates! (except VS you know sends them with a DIFFERENT cover, clearance book, etc etc)
Is it because I buy from these stores?
But to send SO many?!!

I get fortunoff, Bloomindales, Vicki's, Jcrew, amongst many others. I have ENOUGH to go through like you. Sometimes I wonder how my info landed in their marketing databse
Fortunoff, Macy's, Bloomingdales are from registering or credit card
the others are from buying

Jenn I found that when I was using my credit cards I was getting a lot of catalogs and junk mail. Now that I basically stopped using my cards, I only get stuff from stores that I used a card at before. Companies buy names and addresses from credit card companies so that they can mail you out their monthly selection of crap. If you don't want it anymore you can probably call the company and ask them to take you off of their mailing list.

I am getting bombarded with catalogs...the selfish me sees the mailbox full and Im hoping its wedding gifts or cards, but in reality..its more magazines. Today I got the fredericks and they misprinted and printed it twice in the same magazine..Im getting tons..

You're definitely not alone, I swear, my mailman must hate me. Every day I get at least three catalogs, usually more. The worst offenders are Pottery Barn and VS. And what's with PB sending like six a week, now they're breaking the rooms into separate catalogs? One is enough thanks! And I also get PBKids and PB teen, I don't want kids for at least a few years..

My catalog mail has cut down bc I havent been shooping too much at dept stores and we moved, I dont think most of them they can find me :)
The worst offender I have found is Lillian Vernon. I ordered something for my old boss' twins 2 years ago and I am bombarded with their catalogs. At least twice a week and I notice it's ramping up with the holidays.

I get a ton too and NEW catalogs like ones that I have never seen before but I think that is because they sell your name to similar companies trying to hook you. The only bad thing is that most of them have the same stuff!!?!??!

Mee too! I swear, Victoria's Secret is the WORST. I must get 10 of them a week. Bloomingdales' is another bad one... Macy's too. Such a waste of paper

I use PO Box too.. I purposely only check it once or twice a month or so. They kindly bundle it up for me. I get tons or orange slips. hehe
Honestly it's not my fault I dont' check it daily, it's just REALLY out of the way.
Speaking of, I should go check it today.

I get tons but like to look at them some are dumb, some have good stuff. I think once you order from one catalog/website they give you name to their affiliates b/c I get catalogs from places I never heard of in my life

I think we got about 15 this week - dept stores, specialty stores, gift companies, etc. Some are stores we ordered from other aren't.
I look at them on the train to work and toss what I don't want when I get here.
