not doing something old, new, borrowed and blue? i am missing old and borrowed and with everything else there is to do i just dont have the energy to seek them out. oh well.

Honestly, I really wasnt too worried about it either. But I think my mom is on top of that stuff...LOL We will see...I have borrowed, and new...not sure about the rest!

My mother is mostly taking care of that. the dress is new, She is lending me her pearl necklace and I am a Virgo so I have going to wear my birth stone ring (Blue sapphire).

I don't have the Old or the Borrowed and when I tell people that, you'd think I was committing a crime!!! But honestly I just don't believe in the superstitions and it's not something I care about so I'm skipping it.

Of course you're not the only one! However, it is a nice tradition. Do you have an old aunt? A grandmother? A mom? A FMIL? Any woman in your family will be HONORED lend you something old..........that way it can be 2 in one.....old AND borrowed. OR, do you have a MOH or BM that can lend you something?

I don't have anything old or borrowed either... and we're already gonna have bad luck since we're seeing eachother before the ceremony for pics so whats a bit more bad luck jk of course...

It's not a big deal, but if it was something you cared about, you could always combine them. Borrow something old. Like an Aunts bracelet or something.
