I took them only because they were free. I even tried to get them to give us a discount if we didn't get the e-pics but he said they don't work that way. Don't feel bad. You have the rest of your lives to take great pics together. Do it for your first anniversary or when you have your first baby.

we didn't either FH was on active duty orders till just recently now that hes finally home it'sgetting kinda cold out to do the pics I wanted to
oh well i really wanted to take pics by niagra falls but all the leaves are just about changed now and i kinda wanted it durring sprin/summer time.

we didnt....we have it in our photo package, but its only a studio shoot, and i'm not paying the money for a location shoot so i'm gonna see if i can get a credit to put towards our prints

FH and I went to Sears for studio pics a month after our engagement. We put pics in with our thank you cards from our e-party. I never heard of photo shoots like everyone on here has done until I found LIW. Our photographer said we get a free e-pic (not sure if he means just one photo or an entire shoot) and he'll take our pics anytime between now and the wedding day. I am thinking early spring and then have those pics on display at the guest book table for the wedding.
Edited to add: I asked the photographer if we can NOT have our shoot done in the studio. He said he could do it at a nearby park for us. No extra fee.

It's no biggie if youdon't have them and you can always go to like Sears or another portrait studio and take pics. I am having an engagement shoot but not until next spring because I wanted to lose weight and we had also booked the photographer late in the summer. It's really not a big deal if you knew from the get go that you didn't need or want them.

They are part of our package with the photographer, but we're not taking them until the Spring. We're not going too bananas, we want the pics mainly for us and our parents. Our wedding is in October, like yours, you have plenty of time to make a decision!!

I didn't do them either. though started to wish I did when I saw how awesome everyone's looked. . but i figure it didn't come with my package and I'm gonna spend my money on b -pics now!!!! I know FH won't be in them but he'll enjoy them!

well we did but dad took them with his regular digital camera! haha sooo if you want to have some, just get someone to take some pictures of your and FH.
