Am I the only one.....

who is obsessed with wedding magazines??

Geez I have subscriptions to all of them...
but my absolute favorite is MARTHA STEWART WEDDINGS....literally when it comes in the mail box I salivate and have to pour through it immediately. I went to one of their events at Bloomingdales in NYC and met Darcy Miller (the editor) and was dying inside.
Is that even normal? LOL

I have subscriptions to 3 and I buy the rest all the time, so its not just you.

I refused to buy one until I was engaged, I wouldn't be that girl. But I was engaged Friday night and by Sunday I had bought 2. FH was amazed I waited that long.

I used to be big into them... and I still have some delivered here and there.... but now I just skim through them and hand them off to one of the other like 10 brides to be I know. LOL.

I already have everything booked and planned, so there's no real reason to look at them anymore..

I was totally obsessed with them all when we first got engaged and for a while after that but now I'm kind of over them. BUT Martha Stewart Weddings IS the best one and it's sooo great to get ideas from there. Even if I'm not using the ideas for my wedding I love reading about them and looking at the photos.

i got the subsciption to brides, modern bride, and elegant bride. i got all 3 for $23 through brides.com there is a hugeeee feb/march issue of brides i'm holding off on reading for the plane ride to LI
they are more of a bad thing to look at now since it gives me more ideas
