Nope, I haven't either. All 3 of the places I am interested in going to told me I could come in Jan/Feb. I have been taking pics out of mags and on-line so I at least have an idea of what I like when I go shopping eventually.

My wedding is the day before you...I have gone on a few dress shopping trips and am ordering my dress next week. However, I would say as long as you start to shop around October, you should definitely be fine. I personally would rather order ahead of time and not have to worry about it, so thats what I am doing. ![]()
ETA: I was told my dress could take 6-8 months to come in. So thats another reason why I am ordering early.

I just started. Want to have it done by December. Work is very busy January through April and I don't have time then. I think starting in May would be too close for me to cut.

Nope. I'm going on August 15th. I'll have been engaged for almost 8 months by the time I try on my first wedding dress, LOL!

To be quite honest, I'm not either. But I think that's because my mom and sister live in FL and won't be there for the first time I try 'em on. I'm bringing my best friend and maybe my closest cousin, if she wants to come.

i actually just went looking for fun because i did not want to order until later in the year. of course, i ended up finding 'the one'. i was going to wait to get it but it was being discontinued so i bought it then and there!
