Am I the only one....

WHO HATES REGISTERING!!!!

Maybe it's because I'm sick...but, I am beyond OVERWHELMED by the amount of blenders, food processors, knifes, cups, baking pans, etc...

Seriously, why can't companies make sets of everything! Me and FH spent 3 hrs at BBB and aren't even close to done!!!! Ohhh, and the lady who helped us was wayyyyyyyyyyyy to happppppppy and energized! I felt like I was running from her half the time.

hahaha we attempted to register at Macy's one night, we only stayed for an hour! I can't get myself to go back, or go to BBB. I want to get it over with too!! You're not alone!

which one did you go to? i heard there are good BBB's and bad ones...

OMG!! I went to the BBB at Westbury...everyone was super helpful...and boy do I mean HELPFUL!!! I was losing my mind.

Me and FH were so out of it...we ended up registering for 4 carving and cutting boards...lol. We did have a good laugh when we got home and saw the disaster we call our registry..lol. We edited it somewhat...but have A LOT more to go! This is PAINFUL!!

I hated it, Cat. I just wanted it done. I am so sick of looking at cookware and utensils and towels I can't even tel you. I don't know what's good, what's bad, what's too expensive, if I forgot something... it was a huge stressful PITA for me.

I found it overwelming, in the begining i wasnt zapping anyting and in the end I was zapping everything, I came back home and viewed it online and was able to fix all the duplicates and rediculous things i zapped haha

we did a little in store but it is def overwhelming...so we did a lot online. Of course after spending hours of doing this we realized we really needed a few main things and so we ended up deleting half the things we registered for

i hated it...so i did it all online. i was able to research all the reviews on different brands and then i went to the store and actually looked at what i chose and made changes when i saw fit.

walking around after having the initial list done helped ease my anxiety. i was able to add stuff and not go crazy!

be careful doing it online.

i did this before we registered in store and it created problems because a lot of things i registered for were ONLY avialable online. and it doesn't tell you that on the webiste!!! only when you print out the registry at the store

(this is about BBB btw)

I didn't know you go to the stores physically to start a registry. I thought most people did it online these days. Do most stores allow you to do this in person?

i was sooooo overwhelmed when I registered

it took us a few trips...cause i couldnt pick out enough stuff and a lot of it was stuff i didnt even want LOL

I think I'm the only one - but I found the process to be so easy - i went to macy's - and they had a laminated sheet - with bar codes....you can choose professional grade products - blenders mixers panini press everything - or pick non professional - one click of the gun and it put everything on my registry....then they had a bar code for cookware, one for luggage....done....i went back at a later time to do my towels and what not - but china and everything else was easy too - we knew what we like and went with the theme.....Maybe it was just the lady helping me.....

We registered all our fun stuff and have been delaying going back for the plates, pans, china etc...I'm not looking forward to it. Esp cuz I dont have a house yet!

We were miserable when we were registering...our heads were spinning! Then a month later, our bedding was discontinued and so we were back to square one with that (one of the hardest descisions we made).
