Am I the only one excited that Football begins tomorrow?
I know I know.. im a freak..
I worry about the color of my calla lillies, whether or not to have a favor with or without personalized ribbons, who's going to do my hair.. but..
I also worry about my AC in my car, when my next car show meet will be, should I replace my engine mounts and put in a stablizer bar, when the game Ghosthunter will be out for PS2, when the next really scary movie like 28 days later will come out and.. FOOTBALL
What can I say.. Im a Texan lady living in NY.

I actually used to be a football nut if my team(stinkin cowboys) were not on TV I would run out to the local bar to watch them but the past two seasons my exuberance for football has dwindled somewhat however, I still like to watch

I live outside the Tampa Bay community.. Talk about football fever. I'm not particulary excited, even in NY I was not a huge sports fan, but the world I now live in thrives on anything Buc's related. Everyone I know is excited about Football!!

LOL tammy.. I too am a true blue Cowboy Fan! I always tell folks, I've been wearing silver and blue before I knew what silver and blue were!
I know its rough being a cowboy fan.. but then I can send dirty looks to those band wagoners when they totally kick butt. Like when they tore up the 49ers last year. I had to double check the score!!!
Besides.. there's at least the whole redskins rivalary to look forward to each year.
I just like the game! That, and if it's a Sunday.. and I'm fed.. and warm and comfy.. and theres a game I dont care about on TV..... the sound of the crouds and the whistles of the game actually sooth me to sleep.

I like football...although I only would watch some games...but I have a good time with DH betting...
and my 30th b-day will be spent at a football game...which I am really starting to get excited for!!!

the only left I know is dexter coakley and he is fairly new, its so sad

I am excited about the football pool, I am usually pretty lucky, and make my picks not on knowledge but on different reasons, like I always bet against the Jets and Giants, always pick the Saints and Cowboys. I pick Seattle usually because my friend lives there and I never pick the Bears becasue FH's borhter likes them. I try to pick teams that most don't pick, so that if I win on them, no one else will ahve the win. I picked the Saints 3 years ago, everyon thought i was crazy every week I had the Saints, until they started doing good, and eveyone was picking them.

yea I guess I am, DH though....you would think Christmas was tomorrow lol. I have married the biggest Minnesota Vikings fan east of Minneapolis lol

Excited - Nope not me. DH however will be retreating down to the basement for his football fix on a regular basis. Oh Joy!

Believe it or not.. my FH was not all that into Football until he started dating me... I refused to go out with him on Sunday when my 'Boys were playing unless I could see the game. Girl has to have her priorities.
I wasn't big on Baseball until we started dating..that and tennis. Now I have tickets to the US Open Finals and I am a HUGE Jorge Posada Fan! hehe
I think it's cool we watch games together.. get all into the technicalities of the game and scream and boo at the action. It's fun!
