I always seem to do well when tax season rolls around. I've got a sh*tload of right-offs though. Everyone else seems to dread it.
It's like free money thats totally not free and should have never been taken to begin with!

Oh me too! As soon as FH and I get our W2 off to H&R Block for that instatnt check thingy...that way we can def. pay off all our vendors without pulling my hair out! HAHA

I am SOOO looking forward to it...we REALLY NEED THE MONEY!!! All of our final payments are due mid Feb and the final payment to the hall at the beginning of march!! I am doing mine the first chance i get.
i am too....wish i had my forms from the boss man already! i am a donating maniac so it always helps!

My employer waits until the last day possible (legally) to give us ours. So Jan 31....ill be waiting with bells!

This year I am! I claimed zero the entire year, dumped a boat load into my 401k, have a dependent and alot deductions. WOO HOO!!!!

oh i love doing our taxes i already started doing FH's and mine on taxslayer.com sad part is that whatever we are getting back is going right nto saving and left here for the wedding

What about State? I seem to always have to pay state....its only like a couple hundred but still. Everyone i talk to always seems to have to pay state as well.

I usually end up paying state every year too - it's not much between $20 and $100 but it annoys me to no end!

I don't know what to expect...I changed to a new company, increased salary but was claiming 1 instead of 0. I also received a letter about owing a few grand from 2005 for exercising stock options....uhm whatever happend to Happy New Year and thank you for remaining employed and contributing to the economy?!
