I'm starting to look into that and I'm realizing that some of the makeup and/or hair artists that I was looking into using are already booked for my day - I only know that from girls on here that are getting married the same day as me have said they are using those people. However, my wedding is in the morning and theirs are in the afternoon - do you think the people will still do our makeup/hair? I want to start looking into this - does anyone have any suggestions on who to use for hair and/or makeup?? TIA

No! I have done 2 makeup trials but decided not to go with either of them and Denise Venti is booked on the day of my weddng--she does amazng hair Im so upset!

I would suggest going to the person that usually cuts your hair. And maybe at the salon they will have a makeup artist that you can try out.

My mom is a hairdresser and is doing my hair, I am lucky there, I have not looked into make up yet, but soon.

i don't have them either. i really wanted Oksana, but when I contacted her 1 yr and 4 months before my wedding, she was already booked.
I tried contacting Mia, but once I try to contact a person twice and NEVER get a call or email back, they get tossed to the bottom of my list.
My next step is contacting an estee lauder artist...I don't mind going out the day of my wedding (my photog isn't coming until 3pm), so that may be my best bet.

I have my MatOH father doing my hair for my wedding and shes doing my makeup! So unfortunetly I have no suggestions, sorry

I'm in the same boat. I'm very particular about who I want, and the same as Nicole stated, if I don't get a call back, or even an email, you get the ole heave ho. So my search continues.

This was one thing I was so worried about so I got my hair/makeup done early! i was having nightmares that I forgot to book someone! There are soooo many people out there to do it though.. you dont have to go with a LIW vendor if they are all booked... there are soo many people out there. You can ask the vendors on here that you wanted if they can do you earlier..it might work. Good Luck!

I know me and you are the same day and Oksana and Jenn said they would be at my house at 8-9am. So i dunno how they would owrk that if you called them? ????

I've already booked my hair and makeup trials. My first choice hair person was already booked for that day. If you want to use a LIW vendor then I would definitely try scheduling something ASAP.
