am I the only that makes list for FH of wedding-to-dos?

I just sent FH a long list of items he needs to take care of (book honeymoon, choose tux, etc) He knows what he needs to do but has not done it yet and it makes me crazy!

Does anyone else here make lists for their FH of to-dos? I feel a little bad telling him what to do but if I don't I'll explode!

I do not make FH a list b/c he won't do it. I prefer to do things myself I ask his opinion and he comes on appoitments but in the end it's all about me, LOL!!!!!

When I want something doen - I do it myself - less aggravation that way

thank god we're done!! FH and I sit down at least once a month to discuss what needs to be done.. and he is usually the one to remind me! lol

He has had to- do lists and it takes him too long to do them so I have given up-- I am just doing everything on my own- at least I know I am getting everything I want.

John has a to-do list too! He likes it!! Although, I have to give him a little bit at a time otherwise the poor boy goes cookoo!

I did the same thing to keep me sane.

I do it myself, lists do not help with my FH, i need to ask him nicesly to do something, not put it in a list.

The number one thing on FHs to do list would be to not lose his to do list Suffice it to say, I am on my own for most of it. Am still waiting for him to set up a time to take his GM to pick up tuxedos. At this rate, they will end up wearing those tuxedo t-shirts. MEN. What is life like when you have children??

I find that if I give him a list, he never gets anything done. I give him one chore at a time, for example tuxes, and I also give him a date that it needs to be done by. Then when it is done, I give him the next chore. I also need to follow up with him constantly.

Oh yes indeed! AND I need to follow up with him about it all the time. Always trying to walk the fine line between not going insane by doing it all myself and not driving him insane by being a nag and a nudge. We do have a joint 'To Do' list on the computer and he CLAIMS he puts his To-Dos in his Palm Pilot...problem is, I don't think he ever actually USES the darn thing!

I've tried to get him to follow the to do list but it just doesn't work b/c he takes forever to dosomething so i just end up getting frustrated and doing it myself. I tell him what needs to be done, what I did and how much it cost. He took care of all the house stuff so I guess it evened out in the end. I couldn't plan a wedding and renovate a apartment at the same time. I went to the florist and he went to home depot.

LMAO, a to do list for FH? It would never get done. Don't get me wrong, he is a big help, but he'll only help if I get the ball rolling. If the honeymoon were up to him, I doubt we'd be going anywhere (because he'd forget to book it), or we'd be going to the cheapest place he could find.

i just gave him his address to do list to finish getting the last addresses that we need!---i don't give him many but i do make sure he gets some!

I still cant seem to get him to sit and actually write out a guest list...I'm going to have to get on him. I have seven months to go and that seems like a long time but I know it will go fast. And before I know it he will be out on the golf course.....and I will still have no guest list.
