I dont have a veil or tiara yet and havent even had a hair or makeup trila. My mom;s friend, who owns a salon, is doing my hair and her girlfriend is doing my makeup. She wants me to have the tiara and veil before the trail. I am going shopping for them Thurs and should have a trial by ext week
I also still havent ordered the girls dresses because I was waiting for 1 girl, qho lives out of town, to get back to me with her measurements. I am going Friday to put in the last order. I feel like I am far behind!!

For the veil and tiara you are not behind I wouldn't worry to much but your BMs dresses would worry me more, so that they don't have to put a rush on the order or pay more. But you are not that far off with them yet either.

They told me 6-8 weeks for the BM dress and I have alittle less than 5 months, so I SHOULD be ok. Just that life has been hectic lately--we just bought a townhouse a f eww weeks ago so things kind of slipped away....

If they told you that for your manufacturer then you are A OK! Have no worries. Mine had a longer back log I guess. So don't stress then and have fun!

do you have them all picked out yet and does the place have all of the girls measurements? my boutique had the girls all done by christmas, placed the order and yes it takes 6-8 weeks and then they have fittings. any of the girls will need major fittings like a plus size or jr BM's? they placed my order dec 24th for a april wedding. I would be a little nervous if you havent chosen a dress and the girls havent been measured. you want those dresses in to make sure there are NO problems with the dye lot and shipping. and if so you need to have time for corrections or if extra material needs to be ordered.

The dresses are chosen and all the girls have been measured!! I have 2 jr bridesmaids, but they fit into the smaller sizes of the dresses!! I just have ot bring them the last girls measurements bc she lives in AZ. I am going Friday, which will give me 20 weeks before the wedding, so I will be fine!! I hope!! I am going craaaaazy!

you're doing fine.. i just ordered my BM dresses about a week and a half ago.. and i still don't know what i'm doing for hair/makeup.

Yup, you are fine! I haven't ordered any dresses (or bought fabric rather since they will be made) including my own...no trials of any kind...I need to get cracking!

oh yea you are totally fine, the boutique will tell you when they will place the order at least thats what mine did. the veil and tiara dont worry you can get at any time and I havent done any trials for my hair yet either. the salon said to wait till march.

I bought a junky tiara for my trial. My girls did not order their dresses until the end of January and we got married In July. they came in a month before but you are cutting it close

don't worry you will be fine! Just take a deep breath! I know how you feel though- almost like hyperventilating when you look at it all, But it will get done :)

If it makes you feel better, I am getting married about 2 weeks after you and I have so so SO much left to do. It scares me to think about it.
So instead, I like to read everyone's posts here to get inspiration. I really need to get moving.

I hear ya! I am feeling a little bit better- I got my tuxes all situated (just need to push the guys to get their butts there!) an dmy limos are done. I am doing my invitations on MOnday.....so I am feeling a teeny bit better :) Just try to do one thing a day and I think it becomes more manageable :)
