I just called my bridal salon to ask if I can come and check out my bridesmaids dresses, as well as my own, and they said I could see one dress. They said nobody ever checks out the dresses because that is their job. So I was a bit argumentative and said I would rather check them as well. It was clearly a problem for them. But too bad, I think I have a right to see the gowns. Am I wrong?
I would also think you have the right to check out all of the dresses. What salon is this?
I went to see the dresses. They weren't happy about it, but mine came in so fast I wanted to make sure they were right.
Forgot to mention they never even called me to tell me the dresses were in. I had to hear from my MOH because she happened to call them first.

The bridal salon that we used, told one of my BM that they could not, until the date frew closer. They told another one that the dresses were in another building and they would not be over until my wedding date got closer...total bull. I called them up and told them that I wanted one of the out of town BM dress, b/c she lived in Texas and I wanted it to be shipped to her, do you know, w/o any hassle they went right downstairs and got the darn dress. I think if it would make you feel better to see all of them, they should let you. I do not see the big deal
You are absolutely not wrong. How dare they give you a problem. Remind them that you are the paying customer and have a right to check out your merchandise if you so wish! Uhhh, that would have made me angry.
The big deal appartently is that my dresses are in storage. They say it is their job to check dresses not mine. But I told them I am going to be there at 5 tomorrow anyway.
I would check every single one of them- just because they were snotty!

You are not wrong!! Who are these idiots!? You have the right to check out the dresses, you paid for them. Do these people think we are numbnuts or something? I'd go over there. Once you are there I don't think they would refuse to let you see your gown and dresses especially in front of other perspective brides.
You paid for them..they are yours...you should be allowed to look at them!!
You shouldnt have called, jsut go there. Its harder to refuse when you are standing there and other brides are around.
I agree go see all of them. They are your dresses and you have every right to see them. I'm glad I looked at mine because they were different colors as well. Good luck!!
