Amazing apartment for sale- one block from beach :)

I have a GORGEOUS studio apartment for sale in Long Beach, literally a block from the beach. Parking spot available, laundry in building, bus stop across the street, walking distance to bars, restaurants and LIRR. Everything is renovated except the kitchen...however the stove is new- 2 months old. Brand new bathroom, paint, huge closets...asking $139,000 but will go lower for LIW members :) Also throwing in a couch and table for free if you buy the apartment. Contact if interested- it's a great apartment but we may be moving to California after the wedding (for business) so I need to sell it, thanks.

Also, we both live here now so it's perfect for two.
