Amazing yogurt for WW girls!

Amazing yogurt for WW girls!

I am OBSESSED with Fiber One yogurt. I've only had the Key Lime Pie and Strawberry flavors, but both are amazing. And for those on Weight Watchers, they are ZERO points a serving!

Also, Kozy Shack makes a sugar free chocolate pudding with zero points too...

Thanks for the suggestion!!

PS are you having a hard time with WW over the summer?! I am a teacher so maybe that's why I am struggling so much, but I haven't really been losing weight this summer! sorry to go off topic but just thought about it!

throw 1/2 a cup of fiber one cereal in it and some sliced strawberries and you have a ridiculous snack for ZERO points...

I definitely have slowed down a little, but I'm not sure if it's from the summer or not. Being off for the summer would definitely throw me off though. Try to keep a food routine as much as you can even though you're not at work. For me, the weekends can get iffy since I don't have my regular routine...

Nic - I am definitely going to try that! I miss cereal a lot!

OMG me too!!!! I'm going to have to get Fiber One!!!!

and I've been on WW for about a year now and I am definately struggling this summer (im not a teacher tho, i work all summer haha), I don't know if its stress or too many parties but I haven't lost ANY weight since the beginning of june so i've decided instead of beating myself up to just maintain for the summer and go back to being hardcore WW's in September

I agree. I lost about 40 pounds on WW a few years ago and I always do best from like sept-november. In the summer everyone has parties and what not. I am trying so hard to get back into it. All the celebrating from getting engaged has totally reflected in the scale:(
