Amber Alert
The Suffolk County Police Department has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a confirmed child abduction that occurred at 5 Dawes Avenue, in Amityville, New York at about 1:00 AM on 9/25/2005.
The CHILD, Gregory Michael Brown III is an unknown race male, approximately 1 month old with black hair and green eyes. He is approximately 20 inches long and weighs about 10 pounds. The child is of mixed race.
The SUSPECT, Victoria Kathleen Eisenberg is a White female, approximately 22 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 112 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing navy blue shirt with winnie the pooh, black pants and white sneakers..
Suspect took child in violation of an order of protection. Suspect has history of depression and has has recent suicidal tendencies. Both mother and child may be in the company of child's father, Gregory Michael Brown II, which would also be a violation of the order of protection.
