Hey girls,

For those of you who have used AMDA for DOC, have you had issues getting in touch with them? I met and booked Shauna for my wedding since Laura will be out on maternity leave. She always answered my emails right away when I first booked, but I've been trying to get in touch with her for a few weeks now. I've sent her 4 emails with no response, and I even left a voicemail at the AMDA office with no response. I'm kind of frustrated that I'm paying for a service and I'm not getting a response, especially when it specifically said 'unlimited phone and email contact prior to the wedding'.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I had Laura and never had an issue. Did you try to email Laura and let her know?

I booked with Michelle and haven't had any issues getting in contact with her. If you have Laura's contact information I would try contacting her.

Yes, I finally did, they said something was wrong with the email address I was using!
