Carrie Underwood, Chris Daughtry, Clay Aiken, Jennifer Hudson, David Cook, Jordin Sparks... many have been pretty successful, others have been sort-of successful, David Archuleta has an album out and he had a popular single out last year

I'm an Idol junkie.

There are a lot of successful idols.

A lot of them do Broadway, which is hard to break into, so I think that is success... Clay, Fantasia, Diana, Constantine

Then there is Daughtry (who came in 4th) and Jennifer Hudson, I would say they are both fairly successful. Elliot has a good album and David Cook's new album is coming out and doing well. Even if they are not superstars, they are all a lot more successful then they would have been without idol. Rubin for example has a very successful Gospel career, selling over 1 million albums. What would he be doing without Idol?

Some do fall off the radar though.

WOW there are more than I thought lol!!! Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, David Cook and Jordin Sparks I like...the rest not so much lol It just seems like after they dont get too popular and start to fade out..

I dont think adam killed him. I think Adam screams. he doesnt sing. he is talented for what he does but not an american idol in my opinion...i think hed be great on broadway!
