FH's daughter said the same thing! I actually really liked him! LOL

yeah .. I record the show after idol now as a rule.

Last year mine went out right as they said

'the winner of american idol is David '

then nothing! I was sooooo mad! Watched the entire season then had to look on the internet to see who won!

I would be so pissed. YOU MISSED DAVID! ahh.

DVR actually has an option to record 5-10 mins into the next show... check it out. we just found it. lol

I do the same thing, for that exact reason! DH and I couldn't believe when they said the first name and then nothing! AHHH!!! It was so annoying I wish that you could make the DVR extend for just about 2 or 3 extra minutes!

WAIT!! what kind of DVR do you have? That is a cool feature! I hope mine has it!

and by the way, never really recovered from the finale incident .... first time FH saw me REALLY BUG OUT!

please let me know what dvr you have though!

we have the VZ Fios DVR... but we go to 'series manager' and click options for 'Am Idol' then 'modify series' lastly... change the 'end timing'
pretty cool. this happened 2 weeks ago or something and nevvvver thought to do it.

that's pretty funny about your flip out. Iiiii.... would have done the same thing. he was awesome!

Matt was safe...Michael was sent packing.
I'm cheering for Matt, Alison, Danny and Chris. Although Adam was great last night.
