amongst all this wedding happiness...

i have to go to a wake tomorrow. the sister of my very good lisa passed away yesterday. she was only in her early 30s but had been battling cancer for years. i am just so grateful that she was able to be at lisa's wedding this past july.

it totally ***** when these things happen... but it really puts things into perspective. hug your mom, your dad, your sisters, your brothers, and your FH every chance you get!!

Aww of course I know! I can't believe I haven't seen you before! Your wedding is getting sooo close.
I can't believe it either. I will be heading to LI tomorrow and will probably be at the wake both tomorrow and Sunday. It's totally surreal. I've been so close to her family for so long, it just won't be the same without her.
