Some of the girls in my BP don't know each other. Since I don't live in NY and some of the girls live far away from one another, I don't think we'll be able to have sort of a meet and greet any time soon. Do you think it's appropriate to send out an email to all the girls, which lists the name and contact info for each? How did everyone else handle this? TIA!

Re: an email to the BP?
or you can give all emails and contacts out to your moh to contact the rest for planning. this way its like its her idea wanting to plan things (shower, b-party) with them and not the bridezilla emailing them telling or hinting to everyone what to do!

I think its a great idea....I gave each girl a little notebook with everyones contact info in it. They definitely took advantage of email since some of them didnt know each other. Its good for them to form some sort of relationship before meeting so it wont be as awkward

That's a great way to bring them all together. I've been in BP's where the bride did that, was incredibly helpful to link everyone up early so we could work together on bachelorette and bridal showers.

Great idea. It was a great way to link my sister's big BP when I was the MOH. She got all of their preferred contact info and then sent out an introduction e-mail since they all didn't know each other. Had cute things like 'Julie and I went to high school together. She was the one I told you about when we [insert crazy story].' It warmed everyone up so they didn't feel uncomfortable contacting each other.

Re: an email to the BP?
My bridal party doesn't all know one another and is scattered across the country so I did that. I think I started a few friendships and they are clearly emailing without me involved at this point because there are some jokes they share that I am definitely not in on.

Most of my wedding party is out of town...I send a bridesmaid newsletter every like 2 months. I include there emails and numbers and just keep them up to date of what is going on. I have the newletter saved in word if you want me to email it to you!

i think that's fine but definitely look into a newsletter! I think if it came from you or even MOH they're just awesome!
