Anbody have extra hugs laying around?

Cuz I could really use some!

I don't know if any of you remember me posting about my younger sister who was talking bad about my family and now is not coming to my wedding but...

She's at it again! Only now she's attacking my parenting skills and telling me 'There are people with better training than you to raise your children. This is a fact. You know this. You would serve them better if you let some one else raise them. '

It makes me sad b/c it took me a looong time to come to the realization that I am a good parent and that my children and their best interests ALWAYS come first.

Anyway, like I said, if ya got extra hugs, please send 'em my way!

That's all you need to know. Who cares what anyone else thinks. I'm sorry she's being so mean... there are people in this world that won't be happy unless they make other people miserable. Don't let them succeed when you know the truth... and I can tell just by being on the other side of the computer screen that YOU ARE A GREAT MOTHER.

I remember your last post about your sister, so she has hurt you twice within just the last few weeks. I know from your last post about her, you were given some pretty good advice from some people, so you have to know in your heart to take the things she is saying with a grain of salt.
Are your kids healthy, fed, clothed and happy? If they are, you shouldnt even question your parenting skills.........

she has no idea what she is talking about. she obviously sounds like an unhappy person who needs to make conflict. dont listen to her. you know you are a good parent and that is all that matters

I do not know your sister but it appears she likes to put you down to compensate for her own unsecurities. Jealousy!!!!!!

I know it is hurtful when it is a close family member but sometimes it is better to cut the ties and let them go out of our lives.

I have cut out my own father and younger sister out of my life. Long story!

You have your own family. You should not doubt yourself.

Maybe it's time to take a break from her. Who knows, maybe in a few years she will 'see the light' and you too can become sisters/friends again.

Jealousy is not pretty. She is mean and jealous. I pity her.
