So I came up with this fabulous idea while on the LIRR somewhere between Queens and Huntington - and ran straight out and bought 20 centerpeices that I thought would be able to hold candels - I was going for drama, you see... Turns out they heat up and would most likely burst into flames. I think setting my guests on fire will probably take something away from the beauty of the day - Does anyone have any ideas for centerpeices?

You could put a lot of candles on the table for a nice effect. I did once attend a black tie affair where they had candles hanging from the centerpieces. That was cool, but probably pretty expensive.
I might be able to get the name of the florist, if you are interested.

What do you want your centerpieces to look like? what size candles, will there be flowers? What's wrong with regular candle holders?
