Ladies, i cannot express to you how wonderful this woman is! We just got back from our appointment with Anna to pick our menu and go over some details of our wedding. She was a doll. Top notch service that is rare to fine, and honestly she got me so excited about our big day that i literally cried with tears of excitment and joy when we left. (My FH was laughing at me!) I wish everyone was like her. She was truly a pleasure to work with and made our already wonderful experience with the Jericho Terrace that much better!

agreed!!!!
were you allowed to make slight changes to the standard menu that you were shown in the jt book at the beginning, like say, not have anchovies in the cesar salad or have a differnt kind of cheese or sauce on something type of thing?

I'm not sure about tweaking the actual menu itself. We did change the stuffed mushrooms to spinach puffs at the cocktail hour! We both don't like them!! They are so wonderful and accommodating, they were really willing to do whatever we wanted!!

We have it written in our contract that we can substitute Polish food for some of the chafing dishes during the cocktail hour (my FH is from a Polish background).
We're a long way off from actually sitting down and working out the menu, but so they seem pretty flexible so far
