What's the latest on your guestlist? Have you had any luck with contacting some of the no response people?
This is such a big business ! (ugh!)
Our plans are going along well, we still have about 6 months to go so we are still trying to handle those things that can be handled early to make room for the stuff that you have no choice but to handle at the end. I'm glad you are working through the aggravations - yes, do try to not let anyone ruin this for you. Sadly, it seems like wedding plans bring out people's selfishness or sometimes their inability to be supportive, we start to learn who amongst our family & friends can and can't be there for us. When my brother was getting married, his fiance's brother who was an usher was going to back out at the last minute and not even show up because his debate team from school had a debate that day...and to make matters worse, her mother was condoning it. The poor girl was so stressed. He did end up attending the wedding but now that I've known her brother since they've been married (10 years) I've come to see it's typical behavior for him to think mainly of himself. This doesn't make it any better when you are getting this stress right before your wedding day but it certainly can give you insight into what the person is about for the future. I bet everything will go beautifully for your wedding. You are in such an exciting time in these last few weeks leading up to your day. Try to enjoy this time too because everyone says the day goes soooooo fast. I may be looking for this advice to be given back to me in 5 1/2 months. :o)
