anne barge dress

i went to kleinfeld yesterday, and anne barge was there w/ her dresses...i absolutly loved one of the dresses.. but it was 6K w/out alterations or veil or headpeice...

I thought that was a lil expensive, but i have never heard of her designs before.

is anyone familiar with her stuff and does 6K sound like what she would normally charge??

I don't know if I would ever want my parents to spend that much $$ on a dress for me. It's a waste for a 4 hour event. My budget would be $1,000 and I think that is a bit much.
