Annie Howe's bok-charm

What font did you gals use? Did 'distressed' come out too light? I can't decide between 'typewriter' and 'distressed'.....

Are you asking about a font or a bo-k charm? Or writing something in a bo-k charm? I am confused. Who's Annie Howe??

I bought a locket at michaels this weekend to use as a bo-k charm. Gonna put a pic of my grandmother and my aunt in it, both died years ago from cancer...

it's a website to buy a charm from....Annie Howe's...

Ohhh. Sorry.

They print it for you? Adorable! I like it better than the ones I got ..

I got one in the jewelry-making aisle - there are actually three lockets in the pack.

ETA: I think distressed is nicer. It doesn't have to be really dark, no one else really needs to see it but you and your photographer. If it shows up in the website pics, it'll be fine for you!

Yeah, I like it more. Plus mom used to be a secretary, and it reminds me of our old typewriter. I'm thinking of putting 'I carry you with me always'. or 'I carry you with me today and everyday'...any thoughts?

I like the second one, but if that doesn't fit, the first works fine too!

Thanks. I think I'll actually write ' I carry you with me today and always....' Let's just hope it fits...

Isn't it 3 lines of 12 characters?

Eh, I would save your money. It's not much different and no one will see the crystal.

It's funny how as we get closer, things that would have mattered so much more (to me, anyhow) really don't matter at all. Like the 09 and 10 brides would FREAK if I told them that no one will see the crystal and that they should get the plain one. I have a feeling you will know what I mean. Not to bash the 09ers or 10ers, but you learn so much about yourself in this process, and so much about what's really important ..

True. Plus I would only do it if they had a blue crystal, because it was Mom's favorite color. They don't have blue, so I'll save the 10 dollars and go with the 'original' one...
You should have seen me doing centerpieces last week. We were cutting and gluing, and my niece and my friend were helping me, and they weren't able to get the ribbon straight on the first two or three. They kept thinking I was going to freak, and I was like 'If people are worrying about the ribbon being off on my centerpieces by a centimeter, then they need another drink!' HAHA \

Edited for spelling...
