I am - I think its really nice.. and although its done to death on here noone in our families has ever done this before so for most people it will be something new ![]()

We will be doing it since we won't do a bouquet toss (only have about 5 single women at the party and 2 told me they WON'T go out there) and FH and I don't like the garter toss etc so we thought we have some couples married for a long time and we know they would appreciate the anniversary dance

We did it and everyone thought it was so sweet. We had 3 couples that were married over 50 years there. It was so nice to honor them as well!

Its where you ask all the married couples to come to the dance floor. the dj goes couple married less then 2 hours sit down, couple married less then 2 years, couple married less then 5 years etc till the longist married couple is left standing... and u give them flowers

it's when you don't have enough single girls and guys to do the tossing of the garter and bo k.. so your dj has every one stand up and goes all sinles sit down then to engaged then to 5 years married and so forth. the last couple standing gets it and they do the putting on of the garter and then if the dj has there wedding song play that if not play another song that they would like!
i will be doing this cus i have maybe 3 girls and 3 guys so i think this will be more fun to do. it sucks when your the last in your family to get married!
