probably a dumb question, but how exactly does this work?

All married couples join the dance floor. It begins with band/DJ stating anyone married less than 1 day please step off the dance floor. It continues by less then a year, less than 5 years, etc. until the couple married the longest amount of years are last on the dance floor.

I just want to add to the above post:
Most couple do the anniversary dance in place of the bo-k/garter throw. The couple who has been married the longest get the bo-k and garter. Usually the husband will put the garter on his wife.

thanks girls, i figured it was something like that. and it sounds like a fun alternative to the bouquet/garter toss!
