Announcing parents into reception..

Do you announce them as Mr. and Mrs. John Hill or John and Mary or John and Mary Hill??

When you have your semi final mtg at your RH they go over this with you and then when you do your final dj appointment they go over it to. They can simply say, 'The brides parents: Jack and Jill Smith.'

I don't think it has to be so formal. At least 1/2 the guests should know your parents. I would say what was said above my comment, The brides parents... John & Mary SMith...
