Announcing this weeks BOTW....
Thank you to Melissa for nominating me. This week I've tried to end world hunger, seek peace in the middle east, and find a cure for insomnia.
Unfortunately, I have accomplished none of those. However, my reign has been fun and memorable. I've also eaten a crapload and probably put on 10 pounds. That's what happens when you're a BOTW and you're forced to do nothing but wave your hand and smile. You stuff your face with the non-waving hand.
A special thanks to my fiance who has a crapload of work to do allowing me to spend countless hours on here. Honey, I love you.

Kim - who I've only known through LIW, has become a great friend and someone who I can really confide in. To me, that's what a bride of the week is all about. Someone who genuinely cares and is there to help you out when you need them. She's selfless, humble, and would never expect to be nominated for BOTW. A perfect candidate.
Kim. What can I say? You were one of the first girls I met on here who I INSTANTLY bonded with. While I've gotten to know some brides on here, you're one of the top few who has really gone above and beyond being an 'internet buddy.' You've listened to me on here through FMs, at the GTG, and on the phone, and have really gotten to know me and help me through a lot of the planning process. Not to mention the 'real' problems that each of us face in our relationships. You've really become a great friend to me. Thank you. I'm so happy to have met you.
I pretty much used to make fun of people who made friends with people on the internet, and now I'm the one who has realized that you really CAN meet wonderful, caring people.
In any case, cheers to you Kim. I am thankful to know you, and I'm so glad you're a part of this community. I look forward to the rest of this year and to planning our weddings together. I know we'll be friends for many many years to come.
Oh, and thanks for helping me find some great BM dresses this week! I bookmarked a bunch!!!
