So my cousins GF is in my wedding, and she got a chance to study abroad from 5/21-6/18, my wedding is 6/28...no biggie, but now she will not be around to do any last minute things. I too wouldnt miss that chance...but still I wish she was going to be around.
AND THEN...My COUSIN...decided to say yes to go on a trip with a friend to DR to a friends family wedding from 6/18-6-25...my wedding is...6/28. Which means he will miss my rehersal dinner and whatever we have planned for the BP....and he will have only a day or two to pick up the tux... A lil annoyed....
Why would you say yes to go away knowing my wedding is that week? And after we told you that our RD is the 21st...OMG
Sorry had to vent...its like no consideration.

well it is nice that they have the opportunity to get away - however i would be annoyed with the fact that it is there responsiblity to know when the RD is and when to pick up the tux who is going to pick up there slack when they are traveling

They probably don't even realize how much stuff has to go on just before. Can your cousin pick up his tux the week before? The two days should be okay.

i guess...but the whole thing is, we told him not to plan anything, and he did...and then wanna hear the funniest of them all...he bought Yankees VS Mets for the NIGHT OF MY WEDDING>>What an idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no explination for the baseball tickets, that's just plain old ignorance.
All of my boys aren't picking up their tuxes until 2 days before. That's how Men's Warehouse handles that. Not a big deal.
If I had a chance to study abroad I would miss my own wedding...

i am so happy for her to have the chance to study abroad...believe me. I did it. thats not the problem..Its just I dont get when people say they cant pay for something then they do this. or they cant go to my Bachelorette party cause its too much money.
And I gave everyone save the dates...buying tix for that game and getting upset about it is just unexplainable...LOL HAHAHA
i am laughing right now cause its just so funny to me now....

our tux place said they need to pick them up 2 days before...just so if they need to make adjustments it will be ready.
