Annoyed at USPS

So I've been waiting on my marriage license for a month now. I was being patient because I thought it took a few weeks. Today my wonderful officiant contacted Queens City Clerk office to find out why I haven't received my marriage license. They told him that they mailed it to me on June 25th. They even read my address to him which was correct. How is it that I get all my bills and junk mail BUT magically my marriage license never comes? Not to mention I live in Kew Gardens which is where the Queens City Clerk is located! My poor hubby has been suffering through wisdom teeth pain because he is waiting to go on my dental insurance since the surgery will cost nothing compared to his insurance. Ugh! Now I have to go to the city clerk and PAY for a copy even though I never got one in the first place! Unbelievable. SO ANNOYED!!
