Annoyed - Monograms - even MORE ANNOYED

I ordered 5 monograms from idooriginals.com a month and a half ago. Their website says they take 15-20 business days to receive them - well even 20 days has already been 2 weeks ago. I emailed them about a week and a half ago and no one ever got back to me - plus, their website indicated that they would be closed for all of last week. I emailed them again yesterday (also annoying that their website offers no phone number) and I hope i hear from them today

I suggest emailing them again, and say you will contact the BBB if you don't hear from them today. That is the only thing that has worked for me in the past.

I also design monograms if you don't hear from them. I have some in my album.

UPDATE: Finally got my monograms today - with the WRONG WEDDING DATE. Seriously?? And one of them was done incorrectly. So irritated.

At the risk of sounding like a COMPLETE IDIOT... what do you need monograms for? I keep seeing posts about them..

Monograms are good for DIY projects such as programs, menus and invitations. You get a custom design made and then can print it on anything you choose.

she has a very wide selection.

OMG - this happened to me. I emailed them like 3 times and it wasn't until I threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the charge that I got a response!!!!!!!

OMG. that's sooo annoying! It must be enraging that you can't contact them by phone. I was thinking of ordering from there.
