Annoyed: Spa Finder.com
FH and I bought FMIL a gift cert from Spafinder.com and got a confirmation it was sent. Two weeks later, no package, meanwhile I paid $10 to ship a little piece of paper. I called and they said they were sending it out on Tuesday this week by 2-day mail since we said we needed it this weekend (a lie since they are incompetant and we wanted to make sure we got it in time). It should have arrived yesterday and never came. I called today and they said it was just shipped and we should get it early next week (aka they never sent it and are putting it in the mail today). How hard it is to mail a slip of paper????? Good thing we did this far enough in advance. They didnt even offer us anything for our trouble, either!
