Annual Co-op Board Meeting

Does anyone have these meetings where they are peaceful and don't result in a shouting match?

We went to our annual meeting last night and I was disgusted by behavior on both sides. The questions that some people ask annoy me to no end meanwhile the board is so disrepectful in their answers. I want to pull my hair out half the time.
