Anonymous gift?

Someone gave us a gift from our honeymoon registry but made it anonymous. I don't know why someone would do that! I want to know who it is!

And they bought my favorite thing: $50 worth of gelato!

Maybe cause they didn't want you to know exactly what they were spending?

I'm the kind of person that likes to buy expensive stuff but at a bargain price, so I never want someone to know that I didn't actuallys pend a ton of money on them, but with a honeymoon registry you can't do that.

Or maybe they were just retarded about using the website.

That would be silly because regardless we want to thank them for the gift. They didn't have to get something from the honeymoon registry, but either way I'd have some idea of the amount spent if they purchased from the Macy's registry we have. I hope they just want to it to be surprise! Otherwise, thank you mysterious person!

Does someone close to you know about your gelato 'habit'... ? That may narrow down your search... I know my sister's know my diet pepsi habit and will figure a way to have it for me that day (I hate diet coke..ha..)

I had the same thing happen w/ my travel registry...people want to 'surprise' you at the shower so they request to be anonymous online and then they put it in the greeting card.

I guess some people are old school and like the element of surprise...
