Anothe tipping question....what denomination of bills for the Maitre D' tip?
I don't want to make it difficult for them, but if I am giving $1,000 I don't necessarily need to have a wad of $20's - $100's would be easier.
What are you doing?

alright, so you're letting the maitre d' figure out how to divide it between his waitstaff? now that i think about it, $1,000 worth of $20's is a bit ridiculous.
