Another ? About engraving

Hi girls, are you getting your rings hand engraved or done by a machine? Which is better and why?

We're getting them engraved by hand. I would assume a machine would be more accurate than the hand engravement.

However, we were not presented with the option of machine engravement - could they do that with rings? It's a tiny area to work with.

I'm not sur if rings can be machine engraved. It's pretty imposible to get a needle in and I know for a fact we only hand engrave at my job because there's no other alternative.
In any case, we didn't engrave our rings. Mine is an eternity band s there was no space and I didn't think of anything for his ring.
