1 - Suggestions/recommendations for clubs, bars, lounges in NYC (preferabably 19 & over...
2 - Party will probably be in August...which will draw more of the 'im an underage drinker with a fake ID' crowd at the bars/clubs - Hamptons or NYC?

theres not many clubs in the city that are 19 and over just so you know. The only 2 are Avalon(the old limelight) and webster hall but just know bc of this it will be a young crowd.
I say youre better off going to the city, in the hamptons there are less places so if you get turned away then you'll have to drive a bit to go to another place and what happens if you get turned away there too ya know. At least with the city you can go right to another place that is close by.
For example boardy barn in the the hamptons, is very strict with ID and they look at you and your id over and over and have you stand there for like mins while they do this lol. Same with some other places too.
Also dont get a fake id, they dont work and dont forget alot of places now scan your DL. You are better off using someone's real ID that looks very similar to you. My cousin for example used my ID many times to get into places.

luckily - i dont have the problem getting into the bars...my FSIL is the 19 yr old and shes a BM. im torn, cause i dont see her having a good time doing anything that involves music, dancing and the rest of us drinking
