Another Bid rejected!

So we just had another bid rejected.. well not really rejected but she didnt come anywhere close to our bid..

So the search continues...

I told the real estate when the lady comes back to reality and realizes the house is not worth what she is asking to give me a call... I am the only one who has bid on the house, and its been for sale for a while...

I am sorry! Don't worry if its meant to be than it will be.

Suzanne don't give up the house with your and hubby's name is out there and you will look back and say this was so worth it!!!

That happened to a friend of mine...she bid on a house, the owner rejected the bid, my friends walked away from the home.

Well, 2 weeks later the owner called back and asked if the bid was still good. To end the story, my friends got the house.

You'll find yours!

I'm sorry... I know it can be frustrating and stressful but I hear you on getting a thicker skin. And you know what - you are getting such more more 'house wise' the more you are out there bidding. It really will all work out and you will find the right home. Sounds like you are staying within your means, which is great. It's so tempting to counter and go 'just a little higher' and that's how people get in trouble.

Suzanne - I know how you feel!! My Dh and I are going through the same thing. We have made offers and the sellers refuse to budge (even though their houses have been on the market for more than 3 months! ). I think sellers still think the housing market is in the bidding war stage.

Suzanne I am so sorry to hear this. But there is surely a house out there that has your name on it! Don't get discouraged you will find it!

It took us over a year to find our house....hang in there and good luck!
