I just can't help myself. I went flying in there today without an appointment to order the lace from my dress so I could have a custom veil made. My dress is discontinued, and Burtons is shut down for the next two weeks for the holiday, so it was today or never. Karen pulled out the catalog with the pic of my dress in it, and said I didn't need to order the lace from the designer at all! I could just take a picture of the dress to 38th Street and get the matching lace at half the price the designer would charge. When I told her I didn't have a color picture of the dress, and now can't get one b/c the designer took it off his website, she let me take her one and only catalog out of the store over to Kinkos to make a color copy. Mind you, this was 15 minutes before Burtons was closing for their two week shut down.
She also took the time to price out the FG dress I picked, and match up the sash color to my BM dresses.
I love working with Karen! She is always so helpful!!

They seem like a wonderful bridal store. ANd you don't hear that about a lot of them. I will definitely check out Burton's when I begin my dress search.

Burtons is in Huntington on Walt Whitman Road, which runs parallel to Route 110. FG dress is from Sweet Beginnnings.
