Another car payment ?

So if I put no money down on a 2005 Corolla - the basic 15k model - what kind of monthly payments am I looking at? I have good credit.

BUT....

I am a new driver so I will get killed by insurance?

Can I just insurance it under my DH but still drive it so not to have the huge insurance rates?

SO CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!

Lots of things go into insurance- they consider where you live, where the car is parked, how much you drive a day, etc. We are getting killed now because we live in Queens and park on the street, for example.

You can take defensive driving to get a discount. Also, your age will be considered I think. I would think that new drivers who are teens get the highest rates.
