Another check!!!! DJ booked!

I'm happy since I think i'm pretty much done with the planning for a while now that we have the DJ, I can relax a litttle bit more. The big things are all done, except for hair and makeup, but i'm not extremely concerned.

I officially booked the DJ yesterday and think i got a pretty good deal. YAY

We are doing:
String Duo for the ceremony
DJ for CH and reception

We toyed with doing the duo for ceremony and CH but then decided it might be a little less lively than we'd like. We're probably going to do jazz for the CH.

Congrats!!!

congrats! who did u go w/?

It was between Stan Weizt (no clue how to spell) and LI Sou nd.

We chose LIS. they seemed younger and more our range. One of the DJ's did a mini-show for us in the office which impressed me. He was 'acting' as if it were our wedding day. I need to find out if they have any showcases or anything but its hard with FH's schedule since he works nights.

FM me if anyone wants info!

I'm dreading the dj booking so I'm jealous you got yours! Who'd you pick and did you see them at a show?

---

It's funny because I thought finding a DJ would be 'easy.' It was the last thing on my list. We talked to several that left the wrong impression and/or were more expensive.

YAYYYYYYY congrats, your package sounds awesome

nice!
congrats on getting all the big stuff done. you must be so relieved and excited all at the same time

i had no idea what you were talking about.
I'll see if I have any of the nice stuff in my apartment. We are still moving in so a lot of my finished pieces are in boxes at my FMIL's.
i can wear some of the fun stuff tonight though
